	Founded in 1982 to offer the provincial agency markets in Leeds and Manchester an alternative route into Lloyd’s for marine cargo business, as a service company of Watkins Syndicate, NMU now has nine offices covering the whole of the UK and Ireland.

	Whilst we pride ourselves on our claims service, an important part of our philosophy is working with policy holders to prevent losses – protecting their businesses as a whole from the detrimental consequences of large fire, theft or material damage losses.
