Compliance Communication | GDPR Implications for Existing NMU Terms of Business Agreements

With GDPR fast approaching, we thought it would be appropriate to communicate with you on the subject, particularly in relation to the possible implications on your Terms of Business Agreement (TOBA) arrangements with NMU.

As NMU operates in accordance with the Lloyd’s model TOBAs, we are of course reliant on Lloyd’s and our Managing Agent for steer and guidance on this subject.

As of today, we are yet to receive their formal instructions but having been reassured of active deliberations ongoing behind the scenes, we remain hopeful of being able to communicate some clarity to you very soon.
