In aid of Mind

NMU is proud to support Mind in 2020.

Mind provide advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem. They campaign to improve services raise awareness and promote understanding, and provide support directly to those who need it the most. Mind has a network of over 140 local Minds across England and Wales which offer specialised services based on the needs of the communities they support.

“We are delighted to be supporting such an important charity. The partnership will support our commitment to improve mental wellbeing for our colleagues and in turn, we shall support Mind by engaging colleagues and clients in a range of fundraising activities.” David Perfect, CEO

It is estimated that every year, one in four people will experience a mental health problem, but hundreds of thousands of them are still struggling. Mind believes that no-one should have to face a mental health problem alone. These are many reasons why we have chosen to start a partnership with Mind in 2020, we believe in their cause and the benefits to raising awareness about mental health problems.

What to expect

Supporting Mind, we’ll be participating in events, helping to raise awareness and funds for our chosen charity and we invite all of our partner brokers to join in. Contact your local Development Underwriter for more information here.
