NMU recognised in broker satisfaction Survey honours list

To that end, we are immensely proud to have recently been recognised in Insurance Age’s Broker Satisfaction survey, winning ‘Gold’ in the category of Commercial Lines – Strongest for Service Award.

The research project conducted by Insurance Age, questioned brokers on a number of key performance metrics for commercial lines, property and high-net worth insurance – identifying a list of top-level providers over the last year. With over 7,000 data points, the survey was one of the largest in the market and included a further ‘deep dive’ poll which looked specifically at insurers strengths and weaknesses.

In the category of Commercial Lines, the deep dive poll into strengths and weaknesses placed ourselves in the first, receiving an average satisfaction score of 78.13%.
Speaking on NMU’s performance in the survey, Insurance Age’s editor Sian Barton said: “We had many plaudits for NMU on various fronts including the products, underwriting quality and speed of decision making. When you consider there were 20 insurers within total included in this area of the research, these are strong showings indeed.”
