David Perfect, NMU Chief Executive Officer (Left) and Paul Hiscoe, NMU Executive Director (Centre) collect the award from Jonathan Swift, Post Magazine Director of Content.

Hosted by Post Magazine, the awards recognise outstanding service in underwriting, as voted for entirely by brokers – those best placed to judge insurers’ performance.

“Six great finalists; but one firm stood out after being heralded by brokers for employing excellent Underwriters who you can negotiate and a product range that is equally impressive”.

As well as the win, we’re just as proud of the fact that we are the only insurer to be shortlisted for this award every year for the past six years and have now won it an unrivalled five times. We’ve achieved this by consistently delivering a first-class service to our clients.

NMU Executive Director, Duncan McClean, commented on the success: “To win this award is fantastic, but to be winners three years running is a tremendous achievement and testament to our extremely talented and dedicated staff across all NMU offices, who are absolutely committed to delivering market leading service. We would like to thank all the brokers who voted for us”.

“There are six great finalists; but one firm stood out after being heralded by brokers for employing excellent Underwriters who you can negotiate and a product range that is equally impressive”, said  Jonathan Swift in his presentation speech about NMU on the night.
